If you're not satisfied with your purchase or if you've received an incorrect or damaged product or if the product doesn't match the description should you contact us at email@example.com. You have 30 days after the delivery to request a return and a full or partial refund. These requests will be handled within 48 hours except on holidays and weekends when the handling time is up to 72 hours.
If the product is faulty, damaged or if you get an incorrect product would we like 2 photos of the product where the issue is visible. This is due to a demand from our suppliers to provide photos when we request a refund for products that are in some way faulty.
If we accept your refund request will we issue a refund process with the payment processor that you've paid with (PayPal or Stripe). This process takes about 3-7 business days but it can in rare cases take up to 10-15 business days depending on what bank you have and in which country it's based. Beautify Sweden can not control this process since we don't have access to your personal bank information and card details. Our payments through PayPal and Stripe protects your information and Beautify Sweden can never view card or bank information.
